Murrells Inlet Community Theater presents “Belles”
Thursday – Sunday, Nov. 10-13 & 17-20, 2011
The Murrells Inlet Community Theater (MICT), located at the Community Center on Murrells Inlet Road, is presenting “Belles” by Mark Dunn. The six Walker sisters hail from Memphis, but now they are scattered all over the country. An intriguing story of vivid characters and involving conflict emerges in the thirty-five phone calls among sisters. The play is directed by Lew Holton. 8th Annual Murrells Inlet Oyster Roast
Saturday, November 19, 2011, 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Oyster-eaters belly up to the tables for an all-you-can-eat afternoon feast of steamed oysters. Tickets $30 each advance. Advance tickets are available through November 17. Ticket sales will be limited, so make your plans and purchase your tickets early. November 18th and day-of tickets on November 19th (while supplies last) will cost $35 each. Oysters will be served 11:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Free admission. Entertainment. Event is rain or shine. Bring an oyster knife or buy one at the roast. Call 843-357-2007 for more information.
